Terms and Conditions; the rules and guidelines.

Sledzz is an online community and by taking part in it, you are agreeing to abide by all the Terms as well as any other rules that are to be added. Changes that are made due to any circumstances will be italicized.

This site is programmed, owned, and run by Dani (#1). This administrator has the right to change and/or close the site at any given time without an explanation.

Everything that takes place on Sledzz is not real, therefore all game money, dogs, items, etc. do not take place in the real world. It is intended for our entertainment and is completely fake.

Sledzz is intended for those whom are thirteen years of age. Those whom are under thirteen years of age must obtain the permission from their guardian to play the game. We will not be held responsible for the actions of the other players, however, violators will be handled accordingly.

All users are allowed to have up to two accounts, those whom have three or more accounts will risk having two accounts frozen and only allowed to have one account. These extra account will be in possession of Sledzz and may be used in any way.

Partnerships on accounts are allowed, though Sledzz will not be responsible if the account is to be stolen, hacked, etc. by either of the partners. Anyone whom has access to the account may make changes as they please; choose partners wisely.

Foul and/or offensive language, content, media, etc. is not to be used and/or displayed on any part of Sledzz. This includes speaking of potentially offensive topics such as, but not limited to: politics, drugs, and religion.

Abuse of Sledzz's fleas (also referred to as bugs) is in no way tolerated. By abusing these bugs, you will risk in your account being frozen or anything of less ordeal. This is your first and only warning.

User accounts, sledzz dollars, SSC, etc. are not to be sold for any real currency such as United States Dollars (USD). Those whom violate this rule will risk in their account being frozen and/or suspended.

The harassment of other users will not be tolerated, and will be dealt with accordingly. Sledzz cannot take action against those in which these situations have occurred outside of the community such as personal instant messengers or emails.

Sledzz value's the rules of other online sites/games. You are expected to follow their rules as well while on Sledzz. If the site wishes for you not to trade with another site, you are expected to respect their wishes and not trade anything for Sledzz material. Sledzz will not be held responsible for the actions of our members, but will deal with them accordingly.

All scripts, codes, and images belong to Sledzz fully and may not be used without permission. Credit goes to the original creator of the work, those whom use Sledzz's copyrighted materials will risk having legal action brought upon you.

All Sledzz links should not be pointed anywhere but the original destination. Forced changes will be issued and you will be fined. There will be no more warnings after your second one. Consider this your first warning.

General Guidelines; what's expected of you.

When using the forums/chatroom/site, please avoid using excessive capitol letters and bright colors that may upset other players. Moderators will take proper action in resetting and/or deleting anything that goes against this rule.

Upgraded player's tags should not exceed the maximum width of 160 pixels and the height of 160 pixels. Signatures may also not exceed the maximum width of 350 pixels by the height of 125 pixels. If either of these exceed the maximum pixels they will be forced to change.

Flooding is not tolerated, accidental double posts will be dealt with by a moderator accordingly. This includes but is not limited to forums, topics, chatroom, and personal messages. If you come across the flooding of another player please message a moderator directly without going through the player.

Conversations or reference to other games in the chatroom is not allowed. You will be warned by a moderator. If you do not respect the first warning, you will receive a second one, and then a suspension if it continues. The chatroom is for Sledzz discussion only.

Impersonating someone else on the site is not tolerated and will result in both a fine and suspension of three days. This includes impersonating someone from another game and/or site which also includes the art theft of another person.

Sledzz's official language is English, and should be the only language that is spoken around the site such as the forums, chatroom, or personal messages. Anything found to be in a language other than English is to be deleted. This helps moderators to be constantly informed of what's going on.

Images are allowed to be posted in the chatroom using the chat HTML that is provided. These images are not to exceed the maximum width of 125 pixels and the height of 125 pixels. Any image that exceeds the maximum pixels will result in having both the image and chat post deleted.

Donation Terms and Conditions; the donations made to Sledzz.

A user will not be treated differently if he/she donates to the site. Each player of Sledzz is considered equal with one another, whether they've helped out with the site or not. Donaters will still be expected to follow the rules and guidelines of Sledzz.

In thanks of your donation, we award a player 1 SSC for every donation equivalent to $1.00 USD. Please keep in mind we are under no obligation to reward you an SSC for your donation, however, our donation system will credit the account automatically. Thanks again for the donations!

Donations will not be refunded as they are considered donations to Sledzz. Chargebacks will result in your account being suspended, in worse circumstances, frozen as well. Donations are highly valued by the Sledzz Team and we appreciate each and every one we receive.

These rules and guidelines are subject to change at any given time. With that being said, players are expected to regularly keep themselves updated by checking back every so often. If the Terms have been changed in any way, an administrator will try to post a news update, but it is not promised.
